How to exercise my right of withdrawal?

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal. In the event of an order containing several products delivered separately, the period shall run from receipt of the last product.
The Customer must then return the product (s) subject to the withdrawal, according to the
conditions mentioned in this article, no later than 14 days after communication to the Seller of his decision to exercise his right of withdrawal.
Products that meet the return conditions mentioned in this article will be refunded to the Customer within 14 days of notification of the Customer’s withdrawal request, subject to their receipt by the Seller, the refund may be postponed to day of actual receipt of said products. The Seller will make the refund using the same means of payment as that used by the Customer when placing the order (except in the case of payment for the initial transaction of a bank card which subsequently expired), the Customer then being reimbursed by bank transfer.
In the event of receipt of a return package whose content does not comply with the return request or whose products do not meet the return conditions mentioned above, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the return and reship the package to its sender.
In the event of an order covering several products, only the return of the entire
order will result in the reimbursement of any delivery costs. The Seller is
furthermore not required to reimburse additional delivery costs if the Customer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by the Seller.
The returned product (s) must be new, unused and in their original box perfectly intact. In the event of depreciation of the product resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product, the Customer may be held liable.

Orders are payable by credit card (CB, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express) or by Wallets (PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay.
The seller uses the secure 3D Secure payment service. 3D Secure is an international protocol for authenticating the cardholder when paying over the internet.
